How do I fix privacy warning I tried to enable private address but it’s already enabled

That warning is informing you that the Wi-Fi address of your iPhone is not private. You can turn on Private Wi-Fi Address by connecting to a Wi-Fi Network and opening Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the Information symbol (Blue "i" with a circle) ➔ Private Wi-Fi Address: Set this to ON.
