Screen error

Hi! I have problem with my ipad pro. I got it 1 month ago and using mainly to draw in procreate. Today, first time I have opened game ( NBA ) for titerally 5 min and something happened with the screen. Some black stripe (3cm wide) appeared. The strap is going all way from right to left. I have tried to turn off and on, I've installed the newest ios version as well, nothing helped. Like I said the device is basically brand new and I would like to avoid repairing it, I would like to get brand new one. I looked after it very much cause consider it as an expensive think I have never dropped it or done any other damage. Do you think I have a chance to get the new device? Or they will try to fix it somehow... ?
