No input or output Audio Mac mini M1

Sometimes all my input and output devices disappear. Only help is

sudo killall coreaudiod%

I have:

4 output devices - 2x samsung m7 monitors(1 HDMI, 1 USB-C), 1x built-in mac mini speakers and 1x M-audio air 192 4 external sound card and it show some Airplay options too

2 input devices - M-audio air 192 4 and Swissten fullHD web cam.

I also use Boom 3D by Global Delight.

How can I repair it permanently? I have to kill core audio process few times a day.

My mac mini runs always I only lock it and turn off monitors. I checked "Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping when the display is off"

It was acting like this on MacOS Big Sur too, not only MacOS Monterey.

Mac mini, macOS 12.0
