Can I use dual sim in Israel, and if yes on which model?
I currently carry 2 phones, one with an Israeli SIM and one with a US SIM

While the iPhone 11 supports Dual SIM, one physical SIM and an eSIM, it appears there are no carriers in Israel support the eSIM. You can see if your US carrier supports the eSIM and if so, you could activate that line with the eSIM and the Israeli carrier with the physical SIM.
