Series 7 stuck pixel

My Series 7 Watch arrived yesterday and last night I noticed a bright blue dot towards the top of the screen, in line with and to the right of the notification symbol. It’s very prominent in low light but disappears when the watch is turned off. Is this normal, or could it be a dead/stuck pixel?


I have restarted, hard reset, and restored the watch and the issue persists. Doesn’t appear to be present on my partner’s watch.

If you purchased from the Apple Online Store, here's the contact information:

Contacting Apple

If necessary, select your country or region from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click continue to have it reflect relevant information for your location.

You can also visit an Apple Store. Bring all of your packaging and sales receipt.


If you purchased from an Apple Authorized Retailer, contact them.
