I had to reset my phone and after I wasn’t getting WhatsApp notifications. They are turned on in WhatsApp but it says that I need to turn them on in settings/notifications.
However WhatsApp isn’t there!
when I search in settings for WhatsApp I find it but unlike messenger or other apps there is no notification options at all. Here’s a screenshot

Yep that did the trick. I wasn’t sure about that due to loosing data but the backup worked fine. Notification options are no back 👍
