Touch screen issues while charging

Ah it works after your advices. Since I have bought fake magsafe and while charging with cable my iphone 13 pro touch screen doesnt working fully. So I removed fake magsafe touchscreen works perfectly while charging thanks

Same horrible problem. Using iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Just update to 15.3 version and the problem still.

The problem occurs when using original magsafe case. I removed the case and the touchscreen worked again.

What should I do with this case?? Will Apple replace it?

Same issue. Brand new (2022-05-07) iPhone 13 Pro Max, magsafe case with HOLE for charging cable. With case on, and charger plugged in, touch screen is horrible. Take the case off and touch screen is normal. This is a terrible design flaw. Shame on you Apple! If the case is designed to ONLY allow mag safe charging then do NOT put a hole where the charging cable goes

No, either you have a defective CABLE or the case is not an Apple case, but is a counterfeit. See→Why Counterfeit Lightning Cables Kill iPhones - Motherboard

That problem is caused by a defective cable, not the adapter. A Samsung adapter should work as long as the cable is either Apple or certified Made for iPhone. Cheap “gas station” cables may not work, and can actually destroy your phone→Why Counterfeit Lightning Cables Kill iPhones - Motherboard

But sometimes even good quality cables fail.

The warranty on accessories is the same as a phone. But first see if that is the problem; a screen that misbehaves only when plugged in is almost always the cable. If it happens when not plugged in then it’s the screen. Cable failure is fairly common. If there is any sign of damage on the cable don’t use it. Even if there is no obvious damage there are 4 microcircuits in the lightning connector, and they can fail for no reason.

Yes, i bought a new lighting cable & 20W charger. All fixed!

if you didn't buy a charger at an apple shop, it's probably fake.

had the same problem, bought a charger in an unauthorized shop, broke down after a month, discovered on YouTube that there are fake apple products, bought the original, everything works perfectly.

Just remove your magsafe and other accessories from your iphone while charging it will

work

Same problem with 14promax. Removed MagSafe case and now touch screen working while charging. Very inconveniencing though cos means have I to do away with case

Same for me. The problem is gone when the MagSafe case is not attached. I also have the original silicone case from Apple.

once i took off my apple silicone case i could actually type on my keyboard while charging now

As already posted on the same page as your post, that means you have a bad cable. Replace the cable, and be sure to use only Apple or Apple Approved Made for iPhone 3rd party cables.

For me it was the 20w charge block i got off ebay. I only use the MFI Cert chargers now. Wish i would have known this before factory resetting my phone!
