My iPhone 11 Pro Max, mutes me throughout calls (iOs 15)

I have read others' comments with the same problem. I have done the whole clearing the networks, etc....and just like everyone else, it's a very short-term "band-aid." After being a LONG-TIME Apple user, (Laptops, desktops, phones, iPads, iPods, Air Pods, etc) and spending over $1K for a phone...I should not have to keep clearing my Network for my phone to stop muting me for an hour or so! I have done a Factory Refresh on my phone, I am updated with iOs 15.1, I replaced the SIM card, and have an Apple Tech that I am troubleshooting with over the phone for a couple of months now.

I am really beginning to wonder if it is not time to maybe try a Samsung or something. Has ANYONE come up with "new" fixes yet, as all the comments related to this same issue seem to be at least a year old. My phone only started doing this, maybe 5-6 months ago??

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If you have a distorted sound issue on your iPhone --> If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad
If you are not able to hear the other person, click this...>If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't ...
If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
If the other person is not able to listen to you then please click this to identify the issue --> If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't ...

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
