Weird file in notes on brand new macbook

I have a…strangely named zip file on a brand new MacBook Pro that’s dated 5 years ago. I’m not sure what to do. We don’t use iCloud and none of our other devices we’re logged into have this file on them. Any idea why or if we should delete?

Random unknown files keep reappearing Hello! I've had this problem for a long time, but have yet to figure out why it keeps happening. I'm pretty sure it was from some program or something I've downloaded in the past (I've downloaded a lot of things in the past couple years), but I can't figure out what, where, why. These files keep appearing under my "Downloads" folder. It'll be a whole slew of them with jibberish names. I'll delete them, and then they reappear within a day or so. They're all ".file" files. Is there a way to track down what 3rd party software could be doing this?

Random files There are random files in my files app that when deleted re appear with different numbers. Anyone know what these are or if there harmful.

Solved. It was on an older device, I just didn’t look in the right place.
