Packaged was cancelled by the courier for no reason (BC, Canada)
Hi there, just want to know if anyone has experienced this situation before.
So I placed an order for an iPhone 13 pro and have it scheduled for delivery on the next day (pay $13 for fast delivery). However, the package never arrived by the due time and when I contacted the customer support team, I was told that my package was canceled by the courier. I was first told earlier that either FedEx or UPS would deliver my order and they would notify me about the delivery. Turns out the $1500 worth package was left for Uber to handle. There was no notification or phone call regarding the delivery from them, which was ridiculous, and worse, there is also no pick-up option for me to come to another day. Now the phone would come back to the warehouse and I can't even have it delivered again. I will be refunded and have to wait for 2-3 more weeks to receive a new order just because of this Uber delivery.
Not sure what are the options I have right now regarding providing feedback about Apple's disappointing delivery services.
