Try a safeboot in an effort to return to defaults

then reboot as normal to test

Safe boot clears system caches—rebooting once or twice is the way forward as you noticed the change each step of the way.

I changed mine to white hand to black hand in System Preferences>Accessibility>Display>Pointer>Pointer color..

However, not I can't get any hand. Only the arrow pointer.

is also the cause of a memory leak in browsers in Monterey. So if you get out of application memory warnings change it back to the default white.

Correct, you did what I did but when I tried to reset to defaults I got no hand.
