Why is my phone showing my email and not my number when I text are FaceTime anyone

Open Settings ➔ FaceTime ➔ You can be reached by FaceTime at: Here, ensure that only your phone number has a check mark and not your email address(es). Under Caller ID, ensure that only your phone number has been checked.

Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ Send & Receive ➔ You can receive Messages To and Reply From: Here, ensure that only your phone number is checked and not your email address. Ensure Start New Conversation From only has your phone number checked.

One thing to note, that the changes will apply to new messages that you will send but it does not affect ongoing threads. You will have to delete an ongoing message thread and start a new thread of messages so the new settings can apply.
