Is there a way to remove/hide/disable the small circular picture on lock screen? I don't want a user login image at all so want to remove it.
Lots of stuff in Apple Community Forum and web about how to change or customize the user login image but not about how to remove/hide/disable it entirely.

You can create a photo of just a white, or any other color and use that as the image.
Thanks. As I suspected, the Edit box for user pic provides multiple ways to change the image being displayed, but no option to disable it so user image is hidden on lock screen.
Start at System Preferences > Users & Groups > [Your login]
Click the lock in the lower left to unlock it.
Hover over your photo. Choose "Edit". Edit it.
You may, of course, use an emoji there which can be quite innocuous.
So seems like there is no way to completely eliminate the circular user defined image on Lock Screen
What happens when one creates an image and adds it there.
Then Remove that image after say 5 minutes.
Does it become Blank - as is nothing there ?
