Subscription and refund
I accidentally purchased a VPN subscription, abd was charged Sar 388.99 , I called my bank and they told me it’s a fraud and said that they should block my card.
I contacted Apple support and they agreed to refund for which I received a mail stating that the full amount has been refunded , however I didn’t receive the amount in my bank account .
has it got any thing to do with my card number being changed ,( but the bank account number is the same)
the status shows refunded , how much time would it take.
