Connected TV apps

Hi, does anyone know how to remove content showing up in the TV app from previously connected apps? I once tried and connected BBC iPlayer, ITV and My5 and have since removed them. I unticked the respective switches in the connected apps menu and they are removed from my iPad and other devices. They still show content. I have also tried resetting all play history data. Also, my current iPad (and iPhone) is newer than this problem so it has inherited the setting to show the content, which tells me logging back into iCloud wouldn't solve the problem. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for the response. The link you forwarded gives instructions to do what I already stated I did in my first post. Any other advice?


Just to reiterate, this issue has persisted on to newly set up devices.


I have included screenshots to show that switching off the connected apps has had no effect. I also tried deleting play history.
