Issue with Showtime App Search

I have the Apple 4th gen TV. I can search iTunes, Netflix, Starz Apps and clear the search string returning to the search area.

For some reason after I did a search with Showtime and found movies, I can;t

get back to the search box on that app.

Others are fine.

Can some advise what buttons to use to get back to clear Showtime Search area.

As mentioned, all other Apps no problem pressing back button to get to search strong area.
