Gifs sent with invisible ink on messages doesn’t work

about 3 years ago the iPhone had an update that broke gifs being sent with invisible ink. They are not invisible. I’ve not tested on the messages app on my laptop.

Message failed to send when attaching (local) PDF file I get “Message failed to send” on my Messages on iPad when trying to attach a local PDF. I don’t see any issues w the settings. Any hints ? Thanks !
