Choppiness on multi-monitor when playing video fullscreen in Safari on MacBook monitor

I have a MBP M1 pro 16 running latest OS with two external monitors. Whenever I play any video in Safari fullscreen on the MacBook monitor, anything I do on the other monitors gets choppy. Even moving around browser windows or moving through the dock, it gets really choppy. If I got out of full screen, or play video in chrome in full screen, its fine. If I play videos in fullscreen in Safari on the external monitors, its fine. Anyone else experience this?

Hey bobbymd8,

It appears that you're having a problem when you connect two external displays to your 2021 MacBook Pro. The external displays seem choppy when you're using your Mac. Good job on finding some work-arounds, and we're glad to provide assistance.

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) - Technical Specifications -- We're assuming you've purchased this model. Scroll down to "Video Support". Do your external displays meet these qualification?

View energy consumption in Activity Monitor on Mac - Apple Support  -- If they do, use Activity Monitor to see what's using the most energy. Then please reply to this post letting us know what you’ve found and how they’re connected to your Mac when you're able.

All the best.
