Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see that your Apple ID is greyed out, preventing you from accessing your Apple ID settings. We will be glad to assist.
We would recommend checking to see if there are any restrictions set up on your device. Please see the following steps from: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
"Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes." Here you can "Allow" or "Don't Allow" changes to your Apple ID settings.
