iCloud storage plan
If I downgrade from my iCloud storage plan after getting a new phone that has more storage, will I lose any pictures/videos?

You'll lose anything in the cloud that exceeds the space you rent. Eg. if you downgrade from 200GB to 50GB and have 125GB in iCloud, you'll lose 75GB of data.
