iPhone stuck at "Calculating category sizes"

I have a 64gb iPhone 12 with iOS 1.15.1 and this issue has been going on for a while now. Most of the times my iPhone is just stuck at calculating category sizes, although a few times it manages to load even if the GB used are not always clear (for example they go from 22.8~ to 23.4~)

Things I've tried:

Multiple restarts

Turning on/off airplane mode

Turning on/off wifi

Turning on/off low-power mode

Clicking signing out from iCloud since it made it work a few times, but I haven't really signed out
