iPhone stuck at "Calculating category sizes"

I have a 64gb iPhone 12 with iOS 1.15.1 and this issue has been going on for a while now. Most of the times my iPhone is just stuck at calculating category sizes, although a few times it manages to load even if the GB used are not always clear (for example they go from 22.8~ to 23.4~)

Things I've tried:

Multiple restarts

Turning on/off airplane mode

Turning on/off wifi

Turning on/off low-power mode

Clicking signing out from iCloud since it made it work a few times, but I haven't really signed out

Other System Data Size When I open my Settings app and tap General > iPhone storage and scroll down to Other System Data it shows the size as -1 bytes. Most of the time is shows the size as 0KB, but will intermittently show the -1 bytes. I’ve heard of issues with “Other” showing a larger than normal size but never with showing a negative size of storage being taken up. Is this considered normal behavior?
