When I open my Settings app and tap General > iPhone storage and scroll down to Other System Data it shows the size as -1 bytes. Most of the time is shows the size as 0KB, but will intermittently show the -1 bytes. I’ve heard of issues with “Other” showing a larger than normal size but never with showing a negative size of storage being taken up. Is this considered normal behavior?
If the above does not resolve the issue then...
I would ignore that because this system data will make room when you need more space on your iPhone. These are some cache and temporary files that will be erased by the system whenever you try to save more files.

Since Finder and iTunes categorize cached files as Other, reported usage for Music or Videos might differ. To view usage on your device, go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.
