"We couldn't complete the updates Undoing Changes"

I'm running Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro 13″ (macOS 12.0.1) (Early 2015) (Intel i7, 500GB SSD), using BootCamp. I wanted to update to Windows 11, but given how difficult it has been to even get regular Windows 10 updates, I imagine that's out of the question 🙄 So the issue I'm having, is that there's all these updates on Windows, but every time I go to "Install updates and restart" (Pretty much any time the computer has to restart to install the updates), it'll restart, and then it'll show "Installing updates... 1%" ... 2% up to like 6%-7%, then it'll say "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes" The update I'm trying to install is: 2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5007186). I've searched on Windows support pages, but the fixes they suggest are meant for "not-mac" computers. So I thought I would check here, as a last resort, cuz I'm so tired of trying and failing. I know I can erase the partition, install windows again and what not, but I've already done that like a million times, so I'm hoping someone on here can help me find a solution to this 😭
