I have a GrubHub account that inadvertently got linked to an email address ending in the following. @privaterelay.appleid.com. In order to use the GrubHub cards I need to log into grub hub using that email address but I have no idea what my password is. When I clicked on “forgot my password” it said I’d be emailed a link. I was hoping it would go to my Gmail account but no such luck. Help!

It sounds like you used Sign in with Apple for signing in to your GrubHub account. You would choose Sign in with Apple and sign in with your Apple ID and password. After signing in with Apple, it appears that you chose to hide your email. If you know your Apple ID password, then you will be able to login to your GrubHub account.
