Bright Vertical Lines in my macbook 2017.

I opened my macbook pro 2017 and saw there were pink vertical lines in whole screen, then I reset my macbook do everthing but nothing happened. Customer support said that my device is not under free program it includes only 2016 model but I have the same issue. Don't know what to do. Then I searched on internet and found out that this is because of short cable. Which is in both 2016 and 2017.

You can plug into an external monitor... if no issues there then the hardware issue is isolated to your Display Assembly.

If the issue is the same on external, then this would implicate the GPU
