could you PLEASE make the App Library usable

I'm sorry but if you create an App Library anyway could you PLEASE make it so I can fit it to my purposes? I don't need 40 Apps in one folder that I can't even change the name of, much less create folders of my own. No thanks since I've got no use out of it, gotta use the homescreen just as before.
