New iPad (8th Gen) battery draining quickly

I bought my iPad brand new about 3 months ago, and I feel like the battery life is depleting alot faster. I can only get about 5 - 5.5 hours of web-browsing and Netflix watching before it's dead. The specs say I should be able to get about 10 hours, and I want to know if what I'm experiencing is a normal battery life for the iPad or if it is maybe possible that I got a bad battery?
