Trying to airdrop photos from iPhone 13P to MBP-M1Pro, both running latest OS. iPhone sees MBP. Choose MBP as destination, and it sits saying "waiting" but nothing ever happens. Bluetooth on both set to 'everyone'. Logged in to Apple with same ID on both.
good question! yes, MBP to iPhone worked instantly. rebooted MBP and now it [airdrop from phone to laptop] works. didn't see anything obvious glancing at Console logs.

Can you AirDrop from Mac to iPhone?
Try powering off and then back on your router.
Restart both devices.
The console logs rarely provides useful information. They are meant for developers.
