Workarounds to one problem causes problems elsewhere. For example: Accessibility/Keyboards/Full Access ON fixes Facebook freezes, but causes Bluetooth keyboard problems in ONSONG. Why did Apple have to fix something that wasn’t broken? I hadn’t had a problem with any Ipad for years, and now with 15.1, I have to keep changing settings going from one app to another. Heck, I am having trouble even picking a topic in order to submit this comment.

Have you restarted the iPad since the update? You might also try a Forced Restart...
Yes; I’ve done all of that multiple times. I just have to toggle Full Keyboard access On/Off depending on what app I am in. This has been going on ever since I updated to 15.1. I have installed multiple App updates since then, and reset the Ipad multiple times. This problem is not unique to me.
