Sorry, but you are stuck. Deleting your Apple ID is permanent. After your account is deleted, Apple can't reopen or reactivate your account or restore your data. If you aren’t planning to use your account for now but may consider returning to it in the future, we recommend temporarily deactivating your account (where available) instead of deleting it. See the 'Before you request deletion of your Apple ID' section in:

How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

"Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted."

That was very useful, although that is not a solution to my problem, i can not just throw my AirPods to the garbage and then buy a new ones to register them with my new account, I just need to unlink them from de old account, but that’s tricky because apple think that I may have stole them. So I will continue trying or just go to The Apple Store and expose my case maybe someone knows what to do. But thanks for your answer it is very clear.
