I can’t get in contact with the previous owner of my AirPods and I can’t get the old Apple ID removed…what do I do now?

Hello ~ Take a look here:

If you cannot get in touch with the original owner you will not be able to remove the Apple ID.

If you can't get in touch with the previous owner then you can't remove the Apple ID.
