Bought AirPods from Amazon but they are linked to someone else’s Apple ID.

How do I reach out to the previous owner and have them remove the airpods from their acct when I have no clue who they are? Bought Airpods off Amazaon but the are linked to someone else’s Apple ID. I don’t know how to contact this person.
