Salesman mistake

at First I bought iPhone 12 Pro Max with all its accessories for gift and didn’t open the product, but my trip plan changed and I postponed it from August to November. The new iPhone arrived so I went to store and returned the 12 and bought 13 pro max.

I had all accessories, I asked the salesman if the cover or all accessories also changed for 13 pro max with 12 pro max, she said no. They all are the same .

I came Iran and gave the gift to my sister and opened all, we found out that the cover is different.

what should I do?

I want to bring it to US and change it or give me the refund . It was absolutely apple sales person mistake.

help me please .

If you plan on returning to the U.S. be sure to bring your sales receipt and explain to an Apple Sales associate the issue. You may also need to talk to the store's manager. However, before you travel, you have the option to try contacting Apple Support directly to see if they have any other advice for you. You can do so simply by selecting the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.

You will need to return to the US.

American companies do not do business in Iran.

My trip postponed to November and the new iPhone arrived, so I went to apple store and returned and bought iPhone 13 pro max , then asked the salesperson if the accessories and cover has changed or not to change it, she said no, and everything is the same.

I came Iran and gave the gift and opened it, found out the cover is not match. iPhone 13 pro max has its cover.

what should I do? Bcz of sales person mistake?

I need to return it or exchange to different cover.
