Question about youtube music payments.

Hello.

As I am out of the country, I had no any other choice to contact Apple besides an email.

On Oct, I subscribed 'Youtube Music' for one month trial for free with my school email

And after a month, I decided to cancel my subscription but I could not no longer log-in with my school email somehow.

To cancel my subscription, I had to log in first but I was not able to log in because it kept said "Google doesn't provide another way to sign in to this account" So, I couldn't cancel it so far. And as long as with that, the youtube music still takes my money out of my account (Nov, and Dec).

Can I please get help and get refund of $28.60 ($14.30 each) please.
