If I make notes on my iPhone they sync immediately to my iPad and PC. If I make notes on either my PC or my iPad they do not sync to my iPhone. I have all signed into icloud. I am up to date with latest iOS and I have tried deleting notes on the iPhone then reinstating which worked at once but no more. Why can this be?

I am syncing with iCloud. Since raising this issue I have spoken to various Apple support personnel who have not been able to help so far. We tried different actions including signing out of wifi, turning off both devices, deleting Notes and re-instating on both devices doing a manual backup before reinstating. Checked setups, ran tests, and confirmed ID's and system updates. Nothing worked and I have another session booked for Friday, in the meantime the last person said he would investigate some more and hopefully have some answers. I am not holding my breath.

Have you solved this? I'm trying to bring my notes across my devices for about 2 weeks and no success.
I found that when I tethered my iPad to my iPhone then it worked the way I thought it should. Hope it helps.
Thank you. What really worked here was just to wait with the app open. Took about an hour.
