iPhone photos

I lost my phone at the weekend and had to go through find my to locate it where I logged into my account on another iPhone. Since then I’ve located it, logged out of that phone and logged back in on my main phone. But since then only 300 of my photos have synced to my iPhone even though I have around 60k photos in the cloud. I’ve checked the cloud and they are all still there. How do I force them to re-appear onto my phone? I’ve tried logging out and back in of my account on my phone and turning the phone on and off
