My first time with an Apple Watch and was super excited when it arrived. I loved it and was really happy with it, but then after taking it off to charge it I noticed a mark on my arm where the Watch back had been. I contacted Apple and they were brilliant. I took the Watch back and am wait to get a full refund. Has anyone else experienced this?
Some folks are sensitive to the LED light emitted by the sensors or allergic to the materials used in construction.

For this issue, I would immediately stop use of the watch, and call Apple Support!
You will speak to technical support, and they will get you to the right department that handles these issues.
