Duplicate music on my iPhone but not iTunes

This question has been asked many times before, but the remedies don't apply to my iOS version (15.1.1) or iTunes on a PC (12.12.2.2). I don't subscribe to Apple Music.

I have a new iPhone 13 Pro. On my first setup, it copied my iTunes library correctly. Then I made some changes to my library on my PC, and on the next sync it duplicated every song on the iPhone. I can't delete them or update them.

You appear to have read my question correctly ("We understand that you have duplicate music your iPhone") but you are not giving me the right answer. The link you gave me shows how to remove duplicates in iTunes on a PC. It's even in the link name "Find items and duplicates in iTunes on PC". Please tell me how to remove duplicates on my iPhone that do not show up as duplicates when I sync to iTunes on my PC. I can only see the duplicates in the iPhone music app.
