iphone spyware?

I got a phishing text message from a fake walmart site telling me that I won an ipad. I didn't give any info, but I'm wondering if simply clicking around on the site have compromised my phone. I took me a minute before I realized what was happening. What shout I do? I just recently updated my software before this happened.

i was searching some items on my iphone XR, a message popped up saying "your phone has been compromised" download this to remove virus, i touched the button. Have i been pfished? Without thinking I touched the button to remove virus, is my iphone hacked or phished?

Clicking a bogus will not harm the iPhone.
