Apple Maps Labelling

Hello, im having an issue with Apple Maps not showing labels of towns, cities, etc. When zooming in or out, there’s no change. The app shows street names and places of interest however navigating across the wider map is difficult without knowing where you are.

I have been through all settings, Apple Chat support and reported an issue on the app however no success. Has anyone else had this issue? It’s only been since the update to ios15 that this has happened. I have a separate iPhone that i use for work also using ios15 and its having the same issue so i know its not specific to my personal iphone.
