I have 30 gigs available in my icloud but my phone says it is full and will no longer upload my photos

Does the total of the photos and videos not uploaded to iCloud exceed the storage amount? If so, that would explain why they aren't uploading as expected. If the totals don't add up, we recommend reaching out directly to Apple for further support in resolving this issue here: Get Support

The related article at the top of the page is a great place to start if you have issues with not having enough space in iCloud. Do you have more than 30GB of photos that need to upload to iCloud?
