Hello Jaggiebunnet,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with your iCloud Storage. The related article at the top of the page is a great place to start if you have issues with not having enough space in iCloud. Do you have more than 30GB of photos that need to upload to iCloud?

Also, check out this article for information about iCloud Photos and what to do if you run into an issue with storage: Set up and use iCloud Photos

"The photos and videos that you keep in iCloud Photos use your iCloud storage and your device storage. And as long as you have enough space in iCloud and on your device, you can store as many photos and videos as you like. Learn more about iCloud storage and device storage."

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
