iPhone 13 Pro Max, weird crash after drop

Hi, have a really strange crash experience i wanted to see if anyone else had experience with. It started after i dropped the phone while at the airport. When I picked it up, the phone was non-responsive with the display off, and vibrated a small pulse every couple of seconds. It would not restart using any of the force methods I’ve used in the past. After I plugged it into a charger about 10 minutes later, it eventually restarted and worked fine. A short time later, though, as I was using it, it went into the same non-responsive state vibrating a small pulse every few seconds. Again, was able to get to restart only after plugging it into a charger. There was plenty of battery life in both situations, well over 85%.

The last few days have been fine, but it was just accidentally knocked off the counter top and has started doing the same thing. I’ll get an actual support case open after I travel home, but wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue so far and if the phone just needs some Genius attention or if there’s anything I can do until I get back home with it. thanks!
