bug in OS calendar ?

there are 2 alert options when using OS calendar.

when i click 1 day option for alert one and 1hr option for second alert the to alerts then swop positions??

It changes it to day one alert 1hr and second alert is changes to 1wk.

anyone else running into this issue? Just tried it on my desktop and get the the same thing happening

Calendar Alerts Hello, Community, Since I've updated my MacBook Pro to Mac OS X Big Slur, I've noticed that the Calendar application does not store default alerts, even though they are set at an hour in advance in my Calendar settings. Calendar Alerts Run Twice - At the beginning and end of every calendar event This issue was reported before under the same title for Big Sur. There was no resolution. The situation seems however partially resolved under Monterey 12.4 , but still seen under some circumstances. Specifically, in my case I have two scheduled events both running the same Automator generated App. One at 7.10 am and another at 1:00 pm. The app logs the time it was executed. The morning event executes once as defined, the evening event executes at the prescribed time and then again some 20 minutes later. So they still have the problem. This is calendar independent and rebooting does not resolve it. Apple fix it please.

The alerts will still fire at the appropriate time.

No idea. However, it's been that way for years, at least for some people.
