After I generated an address in Hide My Email, I opened my mail app and tried to compose an email intending to use the new "alias" but it was not available on the drop down menu for From: What am I doing wrong. I was able to paste the alias in the cc. box, and I sent a test to myself, but I only received a message from usual From: address. Thanks!

We see that you need help with Hide My Email.

"Hide My Email lets you create unique, random email addresses to use with apps, websites, and more so your personal email can stay private.” "You can read and respond directly to emails sent to these addresses and your personal email address is kept private." But you’re not able to send new emails from those email addresses. What is Hide My Email?
