In an endless loop with the App Store on an iPad:

When pressing "Get", a Modal box says:

"This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store. Tap Review to sign in, then review your account information."

I can not figure out how to get the TestFlight app from the App Store.

Everything seems perfectly set up and logged into my AppleID

Tapping "Review" just repeats a Modal alert (inside a share sheet!) "Sign In Required" with an incorrect description: "Please enter your AppleID and password to create an iTunes Store account from your existing Apple ID" (but the Modal alert only have one field for the password -- no field to enter the AppleID.)

I AM signed in!! Doesn't matter, keeps asking for password over and over.

PS -- Does Apple pay anyone to test their apps before putting them out to the public?

I just had this same issue. It took me an hour to fix. If on an iPad/iPhone go into your account in settings. Where the App Store tab is make sure the media/purchases is turned on. Will save someone else a lot of time
