If so, and the issue persists, try charging the case with a different cable, and from another wall outlet or computer USB port.

I am using the very short cable that came with the bests fit pro and I am plugging it into the back of my Mac computer. I do not have any other option given this devise doesn’t fit with the various apple cables I have.

I cannot get my beats fit pro case to charge. The case reads 0% charged while the earplugs are 92% charged. I just received this devise several days ago.
