keep getting the error message below when attempting to access the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes etc.

iTunes can't verify the identity of the server "s.mzstatic.com".

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Thanks for your reply. I have multiple screen shots of the issue that I will try and upload. These are related to the error messages that I, and apparently many others have encountered. I have a Mac mini late 2012 as below. The "s.mzstatic.com" is the most troubling of the error messages. I've tried different browsers but still get the same message. I buy a good bit of music for my job as musician and Voice Actor. But I'm DOA if this issue can't be resolved. I've tried all the steps you suggested and none have helped including contacting support. No help to be found!
