How do I stop apple music app from opening when I hang up a phone call?

Apple Music app I am unable to download this app onto my I Phone 7. In the music store when I tap on the app the word "open" appears, I tap this and get "Restrictions Enabled" Certain apps, features.or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on, to use the app, turn Restrictions off. The restrictions on my phone are turned OFF.

We understand the Music app is opening unexpectedly when you end a phone call.

Are you using the latest macOS version on your Mac when this happens?

Does the same thing continue to happen after a normal restart of the device?
