Setting up my new iPhone 13 and stuck on Using Apple Pay - Continue button is blue - but nothing happens when I select it

It sounds like you're stuck on the process of setting up Apple Pay, because it is not proceeding any further.


Just to confirm, is the issue with the card not being able to be set up for Apple Pay? If so, make sure you're in a supported region. You can check the region on the iPhone by going to Settings > General > Language & Region. Here's a list of supported regions: Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support.


Also try switching networks. For example, if you're connected to cellular data, try switching off cellular data and connecting to Wi-Fi only, or vice versa. If you're not sure how to turn off cellular data to connect to Wi-Fi only, follow these steps: Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support. You could also try on a different Wi-Fi network, if available.  If you are trying to add the card on cellular data, make sure cellular data use is enabled for the Wallet and Settings app by going to Settings > Cellular.
