How to disconnect an unknown Mac from my iPhone?

How can I disconnect an unknown mac computer from my only device I own? iPhone 12 Pro Max the one I am using now.

Go to Settings, tap on your name. You will see a list of devices that share your Apple ID. Tap on any you don’t recognize and tap to delete it. If there are none listed then no mac can access your Apple ID.

If that isn’t what you meant please explain.

Also the stuff that only a computer can do with remote access by a DEVELOPER! I a few printed out copies of daily reports of the changes made to my phone. The Greyed out options that are never able to change? Having to reset my setting back every single time I turn my phone back on. I've been dealing with this for 2 years on 7 different phones before getting my iPhone just 6 months ago. The same exact actions are now being implemented on my iPhone! I've done my research on everything I've been dealing with. I need to hear from someone who is non- judge-mental with an open mind. Can deal with this because how many individuals have I talked to have said that's impossible! Only to hear "have you changed your password?"....... GOOD LORD!

I'm sorry because, of course I already done that. A Google Developer has & had remote access to all the 7 different android (open source licensing) smartphones. Each phone with a new number, different email address, and different Name. Each time thinking I could loose this Cyber Criminal Google Developer but did. I am no match for this person! He or she in the past has given their 2 children their own "KIDS BROWSER" on my YouTube account! I think it may be a female because of her workouts, types of diets Etc. with what I am explaining here does this give me any kind of credibility?

Then tell me why on my daily reports does that go to Apple..... I have printed pictures of evidence showing exactly the time, date, and particular reports of incidents that "DIRTIED OVER THE MAX AMOUNT 2840 seconds etc..."DISK WRITES " (a game) that I play constantly.

There is absolutely NOTHING that you can learn from looking at a diagnostic report. NOTHING. It is MEANINGLESS without the iOS data dictionary, and even with it no one at Apple actually looks at diagnostic reports. The process them with log analyzers that extract anything that is out of the ordinary.

And you don’t have a clue about what "DIRTIED OVER THE MAX AMOUNT 2840 seconds etc..."DISK WRITES “ means. If you do please explain what it means in simple language. Hint: I know what it means, so I’m waiting for your explanation.

If you truly believe what you say why do you still own an Apple product? And don’t get an Android, either. Get rid of any smartphone and get a really basic “burner" flip phone with a new number, then throw it away and get a new phone and new number every few weeks.
